After a huge Week 2, it appears that Lady Mel was just a flash in the pan after all. After two consecutive no-shows, it's time to put her on your bench if not the waiver wire for someone with a higher weekly floor.

Lady Melisandre is now the top scorer after resurrecting Jon Snow. She had a real crisis of faith and without Ser Davos' intervention its possible this would have been a lost season for her. This will probably be the height of her value and I would recommend trying to sell high on her because its unlikely she's bringing anyone back next week.

Melisandre has been a fan favorite character for a long time due to her propensity to get naked at the drop of a hat. For the first time since birthing the smoke monster that killed Renly, her nakedness was an unpleasant experience. We knew that Lady Mel derived her power from the ruby around her throat from her conversation on the Wall with Jon last season and now we know more about that power. This reveal of her true form raises several questions, first and foremost is what was her motivation for taking off her necklace? Based on how she examined her body after removing the necklace, we can deduce that she doesn't take it off frequently and probably has not in a very long time. The second question is what is her next move? Was getting into bed without her necklace a way of succumbing to death via natural causes/old age? The Red Woman has always been mysterious and I do not expect that to change any time soon, if you're a gambling man she is an intriguing "buy low" candidate for a trade. I also wouldn't be surprised if you see her hitting the waiver wire this week in larger leagues. Her ceiling remains as high as it always was but her floor is now much lower than before.

Melisandre has lost Stannis and her back up lord, not too sure what she has to offer a manager other than the potential for reviving Jon
